About this policy
Timvello is a work-hours and earnings tracker. This policy describes the current app, prepared on 27 October 2026. The person responsible for this policy is Aliaksei Sidarenka. Effective date: 27 October 2026.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your optional display name, language and default payment settings; employer names, colors, hourly rates, currencies and archive status; shift dates, times, breaks, worked minutes, historical rates and earnings; and payment dates, amounts, currencies and notes. Technical record identifiers and timestamps are also stored. These records support the calendar, statistics and balances.
Storage and transmission
Records are stored in the app’s local SQLite database. The current app has no registration, developer-operated data server, advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking. Its work-record features do not send your records to the developer. Development tools such as Expo Go may have their own network behavior; this policy does not describe those tools or third-party file providers.
Files and iCloud Drive
Only when you request a backup does Timvello prepare a complete .workhours file and open the system share menu. You choose whether and where to save or share it. Choosing iCloud Drive lets Apple handle that file under its terms. This is manual file backup, not automatic synchronization. Timvello cannot confirm the destination or completion of cloud synchronization.
Backup contents and protection
A backup includes the database records needed for restoration, including employers, historical shifts, payments and settings. Balances are calculated from those records. The app checks file integrity, but does not encrypt backup files or authenticate their author. Keep them private and restore only trusted files. Device or computer backups may also include app files, depending on your operating-system settings.
Restoration and internal safety copies
Restoration requires your confirmation and replaces the current records with the selected backup. Timvello validates the file and makes an internal safety copy first. These copies remain in private app storage; the app has no automatic expiry or separate management screen for them. External copies remain wherever you saved or shared them.
Retention and deletion
Records remain locally until you delete or replace them, or remove the standalone app. You can delete individual shifts and payments. Archiving an employer preserves its history; it is not erasure. There is no separate erase-all or secure-erasure feature. Offloading an iOS app may retain its data. Deleting a record does not remove it from earlier backups; manage external copies separately in Files or with their provider. Do not clear Expo Go data to manage this app’s records.
Permissions and your choices
The current features do not request camera, microphone, location, contacts or photo-library access. File selection and sharing use system interfaces and the provider you choose. You can use the work-record features offline without creating an account. File-provider and operating-system privacy practices are outside Timvello’s control.
Contact and policy updates
Support and privacy questions: revpixelstudio@gmail.com. The person responsible for this policy is Aliaksei Sidarenka. Future changes to data handling should be reflected here with an effective date. Avoid sending financial records or full backups in a support request unless you have reviewed what they contain. If you voluntarily email support, the developer receives your sender address and the content of your request. The relevant email providers participate in transmitting and storing the correspondence.
Platform services and this website
Timvello uses Expo and React Native libraries for local storage, navigation and system interfaces. No dedicated analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK was identified in the reviewed app dependencies. Apple and development tools may process diagnostics under their own settings and policies; this source review does not establish all network behavior of a signed release. This static website adds no analytics, advertising, forms or cookies. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information associated with website requests, which may include IP addresses, traffic-routing data and system configuration information, to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Visiting this website does not upload your Timvello database.
